Shipping Policy

We ship all my products in bubble wrap and take the utmost care so your new product is safe. We also do gift wrapping and gift messages. Please contact us with any special request and we will do my best to fulfill it - hello@biancalee.co.za.

Please allow1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but

please expect potential delays due to a high volume of orders during the holiday season and courier issues that are outside of our control. 

Please understand that we are a team of humans and we aren't always perfect, but we will definitely do our best to make your shopping experience one you'll never forget.

Free Local Pickup (Cape Town)

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup available in Cape Town. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and we will notify you as soon as it is ready for pick up. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions and pick up hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy. YAY! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an unused and undamaged product for refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. We will refund the product amount less the original shipping fee. Product(s) will need to be returned at your own cost.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@biancalee.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
